design an app into which a user can put in a water meter reading eg. 12345 the app needs to reference a cloud based spreadsheet with details of 1000 water meters details include name, id number, meter location (gps co-ordinates), last meter reading value, date of last meter reading value, average daily usage when you open the app, it reads the gps location and automatically provides both a list and a map view of all local (within 1000 metres) water meter locations as per the cloud based spreadsheet. it should have a data input verification so that when inputting a meter reading, it cannot be less than the previous meter reading as referenced from the cloud spreadsheet, without an additional challenge asking for a reason for the discrepancy. when putting in a meter reading, it should automatically record, date, time, gps and request the user take a photograph of the meter, with a verification saking the user if the photograph is of good quality. when putting in a meter read, it should additionally reference the previous meter reading and calculate the difference as a new average daily usage. eg. previous reading on 1/1/18 was 1201, previous average daily usage was 1/day. new meter reading on 11/1/18 is 1251, new average daily usage is 5/day. with an additional query stage saying "are you satisfied with this new average daily usage, it seems high compared to the previous daily usage? android based but if ok, would want for ios as well.
