I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I need one webView android application with animated splash screen and pull to refresh option model app i will give you the download link.. I don't need any ad . [login to view URL] Splash screen should animated The web view in the full screen all the menu bar should hide except our phone bar ... And it has to support the file uploading that is our phone storage file.
