Hello there, Your application can be developed in two ways: 1 Using SaaS (Firebase, Twilio, PubNub etc): It will be easy & fast, fees will be there after certain use 2 XMPP Solution (Ejabberd, Openfire etc same as WhatsApp) It will be lengthy & costly, but no fees So these are the two solutions for your real-time chat application & we can build it as per your needs as I have worked on both of them.
