I have been toying on this idea, which is pooling funds from different people and giving it to the person, who needs it the most. to make it clear An X amount of money is pooled in from Y number of people. The pot becomes XY, and XY is up for a bidding and the person who bids the most gets the amount of money (XY - our fee) . Anyway, I have the design for it (do not need any inputs in that regard) and i need very talented developers who if they choose to accept it will become part of the company on the long run.
