Lock screen advertisement Android application

I am looking forward to develop a small android application that is similar to below app [login to view URL] Mockup : [login to view URL] Description: The app will have two sections : 1). Deals: This will show regular deals inside the app and when the user taps on a deal he will be shown with a coupon code / password sort of on a new pop up. 2). Lock screen Notification ads: This will be controlled by back-end on location basis i.e. there will be a back-end admin section where the administrator will put up few ads for that particular user. The user will see ads depending upon his current location say if he’s from London he will see those ads only that are based in London. User will be able to scroll the ads in the lock screen and when he taps on a particular ad he will be taken to the particular advertisement. 3). The app will be available only for Greece location. Please go through with the mockups (attached) More details will be discussed with the selected freelancer. Project budget is 200 Euro fixed, Milestone will be created only after complete testing of the app. I have the backend & API already ready. I had assigned this to a developer previously but he failed to complete it because of his exams. I can share the .apk
