Iphone Alert/Notification App with live tracking

I am looking for an experienced app developer to help me develop an app. There are several features I would like to have included in the app, but the central aspect of the app comes down to notifying users based on price fluctuations of assets that they would "follow". Such notifications would vary from dollar amounts, percentage drops/spikes, Technical Analysis Indicator values (of the graphs) and news for upcoming events. I have mapped out a lot of how I would like the app to work and look like and prior to having you do any work, I would like to discuss how I can make clear exactly what I want so you don't have to struggle through a headache of deciphering vague ideas and get straight to coding.
