Hi, I don't have any experience using the ionic framework. But, I'm very good with Angular.js and bootstrap. I study full-stack development on coursera on a specialization called Full stack web development specialization by the hong kong university of science and technology. You can see the completion verified certificates on my portfolio. And you can see also that I've developed an Angular app for discoverly.ca. In my next mooc that I'll be studying this week, I'll be studying multiplatform mobile app development. That will teach me the necessary skills needed for building your Ionic app. So if you are not pressed in time I think I can do a great work on your app and implement all the features you might need.
