This apps has two parts. First part require that apps take a screen shot of an object and compare it with object in database. This part must be developed first. Second part deals with announcement of a sentence. When the apps successfully compares the outside object with object in database, there is a sentence related to that object and it must be announced. We have 35 photos with sentences recorded in MP3 formate as part of database. The app will be accepted only if both parts are developed and integrated with each other. Following are some guidelines to follow: 1. Compare object image with image in database. Comparison of at least 85% will be acceptable . [login to view URL] Android and IOS Apps. Can bid on both or one apps only 3. Need Android in Java and IOS in Swift 4. 50% milestone will be paid after apps is completed, Balance to be paid after apps is uploaded and approved by Apple iTunes and/or Google 5. Will require complete source code after apps is completed. 6. We are posting minimum budget. Please bid with your own required fee 7. Please bid only if you are expert. We had received over 70 bids on last apps and then either prices were changed or Freelancers were unable to complete the project. 8. This apps may require scanning of objects and may need big module.
