We are looking for an App Developer (Angular) who can develop our Home Automation App. Our first milestone contains energy visualization, sign up, login and sharing your data with friends.
Views:
- Dashboard with 4-5 Widgets (Graph, Cake, Bars, etc.)
- Get a Layout file (Widget-Style, Size, Type, etc.) for now its static - later on you can customize it through the App
- User Login, Sign Up, PW Reset, Profile Edit-View
- Design (we can use most of the stuff from the template)

We are probably the most qualified team on freelancer.com to work with the Ionic framework (if not the best).
What you are asking to do in 9 days is impossible. Who ever tells you that this is possible either doesn't know what they are doing or they are not telling the truth.
Also your project is not ready to be taken to the programing stage yet.
I see that you mention some wireframes which is very good but we need to see them first in order to make sure we have all the functionality shown/described on them. If not, we need to complete them.
If we are lucky, this part will be completed in 2-5 days.
Also the design part is not ready yet. The template you have shown is for desktop/tablet apps but you are asking an app which will work on phones as well. So we need to prepare the design for that.
Depending on the wireframes and requirments, this part may take around 7-12 days.
Development part will also take more time then you anticipated with the cross-platfrom and responsive requirments which needs the system to be tested and on at least 6 different devices.
Also not all charting elements may work on mobile devices perfectly so that part needs extensive testing and maybe debugging as well.
duration would be 15-20 days.
Unfortunatly the project is much more complex then it is written in the project description and it will need at least 30 days to deliver a fully tested, end-user ready apps.
