My work consists of an APP with a web part to add and edit users and some elements of the project. The work must be done under the following conditions:
1.- It must be done before January 14, 2018.
2.- It is in Spanish (I will provide all the text and translation of messages)
3.- I will choose the best proposal based on freelancer experience, commitment to devote full time to my project and the best budget; that combination. I will pay when project be delivered.
4.- It is an app that handles geolocation, including ETA and speed of each car that uses the app. Also indicate the name of the car (the name is a short username). It is from many to many, that is, a person who is added to a group, will be able to see the others of the group on the map (as whatsapp does). Each user that is added, can choose to take a route from the website or create their own route (as happens with Uber, which indicates an origin and a destination). At the end of the route the route must be sent by email to a user. defined (similar to Uber).
5.- This is a Cross Platform App.
