Fix issues on a game app (unity 3d)

I have a game developed in unity 3d, I have a couple of issues that need to be fixed. in the game you get a second chance if u watch a video ad, it is not showing and as a result the game is starting from the beginning rather than starting where we lost.
The fix should be done on both ios and android, also u will need to upload on apple and google app store
