Create Text Scanner App (Unity 3d)

Create a template IOS/Android app ready to publish (unity3d). Design I will create later. The app should be scaner for documents. First you take photo then it convert to a text or document in word that will then consumer be able to download. It should have in app purchases and ads. Thank you Budget up to 100€.
