Create a Mobile Website or an Android App for sports betting

Hey guys,
I´m searching for something completely new and hope, that you can help me. I need an app for ANDROID or a website which I can use with my mobile device to place sport bets at several accounts. I got some accounts at different bookmakers, e.g. bet365 and marathonbet. At the moment I see a new tipp of a tipster, have a look at 365 to compare the odds, than to mara and often miss the best odds, because they drop very, very fast. With the app I want to log in automatically into the accounts of the bookmakers, want to search for a special game (mostly ingame football), want to compare the odds and place a bet directly with my new app/website.
There are some websites, like [login to view URL], which collect all the odds from many bookmakers. So it must be possible to read out the real time (!) odds for a special game and place my bet there.
I don’t know, how much work it would be to create such a thing, please contact me, if you are interested in this job.
