CREATE/EDIT A ANDROID APP ACCORDING TO MY REQUIREMENT

Also another job is ..that I need to control aesp8266 device via app I already have the fully functional script ready and I am able to control my esp8266 via mobile.. In that script I had a function that when the client/clients come I range of that particular esp wifi range then esp8266 turns on relay1 and as the client goes far from it it turns off realy1 . Not when I come in range of that esp8266 wifi range the realy1 fuunction is working fine.. I need from u that can u make a app that sends the command to that espdevice to turn off according to wifi signal(for example as the wifi signal with that esp device goes below 40 % then the app sends a particular command to that device ) means the basic app i am using to control my connected esp8266 device will also monitor the signal strength with that device and as the signal goes below 40% it will send a command to that esp8266 device (so that esp will turn off relay1 )
