Hi I have read through the proposal documentation and understand that you require 4 applications you require a back end to manage the registration of the user to enable them access to the application on the mobile side. Their is also a back office element which allows you to control customer banning etc from messages section, One thing I didn't notice was any payments for this application if it should allow apple pay or google wallet for the goods. I have a designer and have the ability to craft the design and xaml in a way to make the app functional but the design is owned by you and only you and wont be used again. I also note that you wish to have an asp.net core web api back end, again you have not mentioned if you want this to be azure based or aws. It is a custom for the project owner ie yourself to have these platforms setup in your own company name. All source code will be provided for the application in a private repo which I can direct you to setup so that you no all source code will always be recent and yours to own. I am from Belfast the United Kingdom and work on apps full time I am new to freelancer cause of the present climates. QR CODE data can only be encrypted to a certain size and extent cause of the limitation of the three fields that a qr code contains.
