Convert PSD design to Android XML Layouts

We have a fully specified design with all assets in PSD. We would like these converted this into XML Layouts for Android. Please see the attached JPG to get a sense of the complexity (it is straightforward). We have a total 6 different screens. We will share the PSD file upon request. No functionality needed.

Please share relevant work from your portfolio. We prefer someone who has done similar conversion work in the past and can do it fairly quickly and at high quality.
