Hi, I understand your requirement. We can do this. You need an admin dashboard for the app to manage the playlist of songs. Basically how it works is. You will add songs in the admin panel through website. It will be displayed in the mobile app automatically and then customers will select the song and pay for it. Once they paid you get notification in your mobile if you logged in as admin in your app. and email notifications and admin dashboard notification. Then you can play the song by purchased order queue. mobile app is not easy to develop. so it cost this much amount. Thanks, Raj

HI I'm able to do this project (including design) for both andoird and ios devices with the specified budget. For payment system the best is to use native build in "in app purchase". For the playlist we can grab information for the api /which you will put from browser/, you will also have to specify the location of the bar/cafe or etc. When user is inside the specified location the app will show appropriate playlist.
