Build an iOS app

Hi, I am a design engineer who have had an app idea for a while and an ambition to learn how to code. However, there has been little time for learning and therefore I am now reaching out for help. I will sort out the interaction design (images, icons, paths) though. The main feature of the app is similar to an ordinary google map/yelp but not as complex: ability to find pinned points on a map, add pins, mark as favorite, share with other and so on. In short the app will contain of: >Log in-page >Main page A map, current location, pins, ability to filter pins by certain specifications Integrated google maps directions or iOS Maps directions >The pins Contain 3-4 lines of information. Click on symbol to go to a more detailed view. Ability to filter pins based on one or multiple criteria (such as opening hours, distance from my location, type of pin) Also be able to filter what pins that the user will pass going from A->B (within an x kilometer radius distance from route) > Detail view A standard layout where certain user (approved owners) can upload (specific) information and photos. Other users should be able to comment. Maybe have the opportunity to rate the pinned position and add photos as well. (Standard google maps-stuff). >Administrative features Have to have the ability to administer users (Set user accounts as admins (of their own pin), block and so on). Remove pins. More information will be given when accepting project.
