Build me an Android prototype app (less than 30 min)

I need a really simple Android prototype app, with the following features:
1) 1 page with 3 buttons (I don't care about the layout/design). When clicked, they open an URL on Chrome ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL])
2) 3 deeplinks (when the user navigates to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] on Chrome, the app opens automatically and shows a dialog with the link clicked/navigated)
3) Custom logo (I will provide the app logo)
4) Custom name (I will provide the app name)
If my boss approves the project, we maybe can hire you again for something bigger.
