Build me an Android instant app

I need to create a simple Android Instand app which performs a simple calculation utilising both fixed and variable inputs from the user. The inputs are: 1. User selects from a drop down list to select the material 2. User entering a number representing the quantity 3. User selects from another drop down list to select the units for the quantity entered. Refer attached for how this calculation is performed. The first dropdown list described above is Table B.2 within the attached. The first calculation (B1.2(b)) is very simple - for a single material, we simply divide the amount of material the user has (A value) by the specific 'activity' for that material (D-value). Depending on the result of the calculated A/D value, it should return one of the Category values (1 through 5) listed in Table B1 within the attached. The slightly more complex version of the above calculation (B1.2(c)) is just performed when there are more than one piece of material in use - you simply perform the above A/D calculation for each material separately, then sum the total of each calculated A/D value. The result should again return one of the Categories listed. There will likely be some other minor text / contact details to be included within the app, but these are minor.
