We need a simple blackberry application to do just 2 things. 1) Use webview to open the url that we will provide you. ( It is a responsive site so it will open in mobile perfectly ). 2) Push notification service. ( We already have server part ready with us in php and blackberry push certificate and other things required to further proceed with app). We had searched google and find lots of blackberry push code available on the net but we are not blackberry developer to do it and merge it. Once this is done, we have lots of projects ready for doing the same purpose, means we need many websites to be converted to blackberry. Our budget for this project is $50 only and after that we can decide a rate for all the future application in which we just need to change the application name,url and icon.
