I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. App Name :BCRF Bank Customer's Real Friend Features - [login to view URL] by SMS / OTP Authentication 2. Login (Default) Automatically As User (Bank Customer) Login Additional As Coordinator/ Volunteer (Tab will automatically enable when registered as Volunteer / Coordinator, otherwise disabled) 3. Tabs / Icons A. About BCRF B. Login C. Profile D. Become a Volunteer / Coordinator E. Contact us Note : 1. Normal / General User will be provided options to lodge complaints, with smart selection of multiple options. Attachment of pdf n image. Viewing Current status of complaints lodged by him. 2. A Volunteer / Coordinator will be provided a "Create User" option. V/C will type the details of a proposed user with his mobile number of in his app. After entering the OTP received by the proposed user /customer, in his app, user will be created. (It means user registration/ creation may be done directly by a user. Also user may be created by volunteer / coordinator. 3. Volunteer / Coordinator may lodge complaints on behalf of the customers registered by him. OTP based. Viewing status of complaints. 4. Before lodging a complaint, the user's account have to be activated either by himself or by Volunteer / Coordinator through a successful payment with the app. 3. An admin penal app will also be needed for monitoring / supervision of all the activities of user & volunteers / coordinators. Complaints status will be managed by admin 4. Other tasks needed to fulfill the above mentioned requirements.

So let me explain what I will do for your specific project, Firstly, I will make two different login systems separately, I will include otp login as well for the users. I will make two different apps which will be more sufficient, one for the normal users and one for the V/C users. The admin panel app will be able to see the lodged complaints and manage them along with managing the users verification and activation. The user side app will have otp login enabled, then it will have the option for the users to lodge a complaint / see lodged complaints and also see the actioned complaints. I can also enable pdf upload/download/view option in the app for checking out the complaint pdfs in app. I will use firebase database for the app and also for otp verification. That basically makes the database almost free of cost. So you won't need to pay for any kind of server or hosting monthly. I can make the app in 15 days only for 20k inr.
