APP REQUIREMENT: ONE SYSTEM
It is an app that regulates the internal processing of charity projects, especially wells. The system has different users:
1. agents
2. team leader
3. National Director
4. Global Director
5. CEO
6. construction team
7. charity organizations
8. finance employees
The following functions are available:
- Credit system: All actively working parties can top up credit. After payment, the credit is credited to them by the CEO.
- Banking/account statement: Every participant can see all transactions in his account and his account balance. Account balance can be seen at the top of the dashboard bar, as well as how many projects you have created, short info. By clicking on credit you will get to the account statement. He can request credit (To Finance) or withdraw credit. (Finance). For this purpose, bank details are stored, (different accounts according to different criteria depending on the project and size,) this is specified by the CEO. The agent receives a bank details and makes the payment, uploads screenshot of the payment and the CEO credits the credit and marks the transaction as completed. Each participant can send credit to another participant, but only the CEO can upload credit. Or a finance employee who is authorized.
- Order entry: Every active participant can place orders which are then deducted from his credit (prepaid). There are well orders or pools for current orders. Well orders are directly accessible from the Dash, NEW > ORDERS, or NEW > POOL, then you can see pools and options created by the CEO.
- Orders have different status.
They are considered as entered until the CEO decides that they are going to be built. He then assigns them to a construction team. B1, B2, etc. Then they have the status CONSTRUCTION, there is also the status PROBLEM and the status CLOSED (archive). In the display in the Dash I see all my projects. Wells are categorized by tabs. All or only type 1 only type 2 3,4,5 etc. Each pool has a tab. Fountains, Food etc. After that, it is further divided, All, My Team, Mine.
- Each project contains the client (agent and his number, the type of project, the name of the well and you can upload your own layout. Each well mask has a notepad where you can write down information like a ticket, the agent himself and all those above him. Example: Customer asks for status (date time automatically) short and concise one line, always current info on top. You see the client, status, notes, note can be assigned to a CEO or team leader in case of a problem. (Message is entered, then optionally one or more are assigned. You get a message in the upper right corner of the dash and can then view and reply to the entry.
- Construction teams get the tabs in the overview as orders.
When you create a project, you negotiate with the construction teams how much will be made available to the employee for the project as budget. His account is topped up and then the orders are deducted from his balance. The Ceo sees the account balances of all his construction teams in his overview.
- MLM system. The agents receive commissions on 2 levels. Every project I assign to a project earns me a commission, for example 10%. Each agent registers under a team, for this he must have an ID of a team leader. You can only register under team leaders. The team leader also receives half of everything his agent does under him. The commissions are set in the admin area of the CEO. All transactions are listed in the account. Well purchases, pool purchases, credit recharge, credit payout, commissions. Everything is listed in an account statement that can be viewed by category and marked with icons.
- New users are activated by the CEO and are given a status, i.e. agent, team leader, finance etc. With the appropriate authority. Users can be added and reassigned to teams by the CEO. The teams are visible with tabs. All agents in the team are listed, information such as last login, account balance, are visible there for the CEO. So under the menu User is located:
1. list of the teams with the option to reassign. (hierarchy of all)
2. overview of the individual participants with information about them.
3. overview of what points were achieved in the year.
- Quota: There is a system internal quota, points are given for each project and must be achieved by the agent. Quota agent, quota team. Only if the quota is reached you are entitled to a bonus.
Pools: Pools are created for a project. It is determined for what it is collected, how expensive a unit is, how high the quota points are, it can be open or can have a goal where it is full. With name right (layout) and without. Every purchase in a pool is reported in recorded status and then passed on to a construction team.
Statistics: In a statistic all data is displayed. wells. And the pool are both different and summarized separately. It is shown how many wells were built in which month, how quotas were achieved, which employees are best, etc.
Additional options: Each well order can be ordered with extras. Slaughter a sheep, distribute buckets, choose colors, etc. These can be booked by the agent.
Charity Organisation: This user is different, he can create orders and watch them, see his own statistics, he has nothing to do with commissions and quotas. He only sees the pools that are available to him, that he can order but he does not see how much is in the pool. He tracks his orders until they are completed.
BEST OF: In the dashboard there are challanges: the best employees get gifts depending on what the CEO has planned for the month, he can see best odds, most wells, best pool etc. Determine and employees will then see a ranking of the best employees.
Languages: The menu can be displayed in several languages. English, German, French, Arabic. We do the translations.
