Android tablet app for job management

Job management Android app designed in [login to view URL], and with a web-app with API done. Job will be 100 hours of work in phase 1, and we need decent hours per week put in with fast results being able to be seen. Prefer NZ based developers, as we are also NZ based (Whangarei). Tech is not confirmed. In order of preference: - Ionic - React Native - Flutter Fixed price and time frames are required so please bring your A game.
