Android Peripherals with App

Hi, I'm looking to create an android app that consists of 2 parts. This app is a proof of concept so my main concern is for this to work, not for it to look cosmetically like a final product. You have complete artistic freedom with theme, widgets, etc in this first round. If the chosen developer provides a great app he will be asked to continue working in the next iterations of the app!. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PART 1: The first activity (screen) inside the app will be an empty screen with a clock showing the current time and 3 apps inside that work inside this environment. (please see image number 1). These 3 apps are an SMS, Call and Gallery apps. They can be as simple as needed, I just need them to be able to: -call, -text (with the ability to text using swipe) -see pictures (with zooming function) respectively INSIDE the app, not take you to an external one. It must also be able to request access to contacts, gallery, etc as needed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WHEN CONTACTING ME PLEASE START THE MESSAGE BY SAYING "HELLO 1234" (this is to avoid spammers) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Part 2: This app must be controlled by a set of Peripherals from an Arduino (or similar, open to suggestions) setup. The setup must consist of one element in the thumb and one element in the index finger IN EACH HAND, and it must also be bluetooth connected. For example, it can be an IMU for the index finger and an IMU for the thumb, It can be an IMU for the Index and a pressure sensor for the thumb.
