Android MediaCodec features with opencv functionality

Hi i have ExtractDecodeEditEncodeMuxTest example from cts media for android mediacodec api but i want to include opencv features in it so that while encoding i cant apply opencv filters effect to video all files are ok and converting or decoding or encoding well and free from any bug i am uploading all files you can check them and it should be noted that the code sample is decoding and encoding video of 1920 x 1080 pixels in less than 200 second so with opencv feature it should not take too much time.
