Android and iPhone app for Optical Lens Manufactures -- 2

Create a Mobile App for Lens Manufacturing Company Flow chart of App: 1. User Registration should happen. The user details must be shown in Admin Website with all personal information user enters in the Registration page, which includes Phone Number, email, Hospital Name, Address (Basic Info). 2. Once Logged in, App should not ask for Login again until app is reset or phone is reset. 3. Please find attached image IMG_1600.jpg. That should be the screen layout. Name is Patient Name SPH, CYL, AXIS and ADD will be drop down and values will be updated through Admin website When only SPH is entered with values, then Lens Type will be Single Vision When CYL value is selected, AXIS will be active, then Lens Type will be Single Vision When SPH,CYL,AXIS and ADD is selected, then Lens Type could be BIFOCAL, STANDARD PROGRESSIVE, PREMIUM PROGRESSIVE etc. 4. A sample page of Single Vision is also attached herewith IMG_1602.jpg. Under Single Vision type there are different products and User should be able to select product features and see the final price before submitting. Same way, there are many Lens Type available. 5.
