Android and iOS App Developer Needed

We are looking to a App developer for POS (point of sale) which will be run on Android and iOS.
Front end developer needed for mobile application. Applications should be built for Android (support KitKat 4.4 or newer) and for iOS (iOS 7.1.x or newer) and published in respective application stores.
Specific requirements are described in Technical Instructions.
The backend is already created. App will work off of API calls.
General Requirements:
1. Build two versions one for Android and another one for iOS devices
2. Source code will be kept on our Git repository during development to make sure frequent code reviews are performed by the team
3. Applications should follow UI best practice for respective platforms
4. Provide help with applications publishing to Google Play and Apple Store
5. Provide help with setup of continuous build process for both applications
6. Support for Unicode characters in all text fields
7. Application should persist state between application shutdowns
