the required product is not a new, it consist to develop a web based automation tool capable to execute app tests, scripts on connected Android device. The tool/solution interface must be friendly, easily deployed on a web server (apache server) and having drag and drop capability for scripting and scenario. The automation kernel must been developed on top of an on open source framework, such monkeyrunner, apium or advanced framework. The preferred programming language is python.
It is not developing a mobile App as i receive many comments, it it more setting a framework to test mobile App performance. please refer to the PDF file for more details.

it is using Jenkins, Java and others tool to automate the testing ( this is the outcome of the project).
