Now project description:
Our site is coded in SMARTY PHP. Avoid bidding if you don't know Smarty PHP.
This job is to Integrate html pages with css files and images subfolders, already developed and ready now by our mobile layouts designers, into our php coded website, to develop mobile version of our website. We got those developed by jquery approach
It has 132 pages, and 5 site templates. Each template uses exactly the same html page as the remaining others, so that's a piece of good news as the same html page can be used for all 5 site templates. The variation between the templates is only in the css subfolder and images subfolder which differs among the 5 site templates.
It is necesary to create a subdomain as [login to view URL] without disrupting the usual domain at yourdomain.com.
The mobile version should extract data from, and update data into the same database as the main site at [login to view URL] .
2 Last pieces of note:
1) Expect the project to complete in no longer than 21 days. That is 3 weeks' time is the maximum.
2) NO UPFRONT FEES CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FREELANCER UNTIL PROJECT IS COMPLETED.
In relation to point 2 above, those who feel that the the treatment is not suitable to them can choose not to bid.
Those who feel they want to receive some money upfront can choose to give this project a pass, as our approach is in line with freelancer.com's policy to only release funds when we are certain project is done in full.
Also, we will create 50% milestone first, and only when we see progress made, be willing to create the next 25% milestone, and so on, so 4 stages of milestone payment, ie 25% , 25%, 25% , 25%=100%
How we judge one-quarter of a phase completed is by seeing if you finished up each 25% phase of the entire 132 pages, which works out to be 33 layouts successfully integrated each time, for all 5 templates at a time. The site templates however uses the same html pages, but only different files in css subfolder and images subfolders, as I repeat.
Creation of the subdomain upfront is a MUST and not counted in the 25%. ! Re-direction of mobile audience to the subdomain page is a MUST and not counted in the 25%.
Lastly, we pay internally within Freelancer.com using milestones. We will not deal with Paypal outside Freelancer.com. Those want to avoid freelancer's commissions had better not bid.
3 weeks' time is the maximum duration.
Correcting a Major TYPO Error above, so now please see :
We will "Not" create a 50% milestone upfront. Rather, we will create a 25% milestone upfront, and not release it until, the remaining 3 phases of 25% milestone are also deposited to constitute 100%, and then only we will release the funds in full.
Another note:
Awarded bidder needs work within our site and not within his own server. I know some freelancers work on their own servers and only agree to transfer work to customers' website when payment is released. So, those categories of freelancers who want that SHOULD ALSO NEVER BID AT ALL, because we will not compromise on that, right from the start till the end ! Please note!!!
