Write an iPhone application

Create an iphone / ipad application Name of Application: Fitness Interval Training. Purpose: To develop an app that allows users to select intervals for fitness training. Functionality User selects 2 time intervals and length of the session. Short interval : eg 10sec (minimum 1 second max 1 minute) - initial default is 10sec Long interval eg 1min (long interval has to be greater than short interval) – initial default 1 min User selects how long the application is going to run. # of short intervals for the training session. ( This will automatically calculate the overall time) Calculation: # of short intervals * short interval time + #of short intervals + ling interval time. Or the user can select an Overall workout duration eg 10mins. The application needs a start button, a pause button and a stop/reset button. Start button will start the application running Pause will halt the application and allow for restart Stop / reset will set all parameters back to baseline defaults User selects updates the countdown parameters and on pressing the start button, the countdown starts. This 1st countdown will be for the duration of the long interval. Once the long interval has expired, the short interval is activated. This process is repeated until the overall duration is complete or the user cancels the application. At the start of every short interval a sound is played “beep” ( A list of sounds should be available including a countdown voice option) At end of the short interval a different sound is played “beep beep” ( A list of sounds should be available if countdown voice is selected then the last word is “zero”) Screen display I am open to design options on the screen display, An example of Long interval – Screen is blue and an image is running along a progress bar Short interval - Screen is red and flashing and countdown numbers are displayed as they are counting down.
