Write an iPhone application for image processing App

We are looking for an image processing App to manage image taking and image sharing. The App should work with both front and rear cameras and should display a series of image centring lines while a picture is being taken (further details to be provided). Once taken, the image will be replicated to fill a standard size of paper with each image sized according to user-selected criteria that will be stored on a web server. The use will be able to either print the sheet of replicated images, share to image via social media or upload the sheet of images to a server, after completing a Paypal payment process.
