PA Title calculator

I am looking for a developer to create a Title Insurance Rate Calculator for the iPhone (and possibly other mobile devices, after iPhone deployment). I will provide the mathematical calculations and a conceptual mock-up for the design interface; you will need to design the actual final interface and create appropriate icons used within the app. For some ideas, review the app created for “Foundation Title”. This has some of the functionality that I would expect in my app. I would estimate that the app will need several view pages, including: 1 splash page with sound effect 3 different Policy Info editing views. 1 policy endorsements selection view 1 endorsement details view for any endorsement in the list 1 Quote results summary view 1 Company Info and Contact View There will likely be many "if..then" decisions in the code, and many of the calculations will be interdependent. I am not familiar with the Apple app store deployment process, given that this is the first app I am commissioning. You must be willing to guide me though the process. Be sure to suggest milestone payment terms that would be acceptable to you. I am proposing the following payment schedule: 1. 30% milestone created immediately and released upon completion of testing of preliminary app. 2. 40% milestone created upon release of previous milestone and released when the code corrections are completed and the final app is ready for deployment on Apple app store. 3. The final 30% milestone created upon release of previous milestone and released when the code is accepted by Apple app store. Ownership rights of the code for this app will be exclusively my property. If successful with the iPhone app, you will be asked to create apps for other devices as a separate project.
