I need a networked bingo game for mobile phones.
Graphics are not necessary. You can use simple numbered cards.
Screens include login. signup, retrieve password, account information, games statistics, bingo card, individual cards, chosen card animation
Network connectivity send and receive generated cards and selected number. Card images are in app, secure xml packet generates card.
Server side random card generator is required. Can be in php, java, perl, c# or python
Source code and excellent commenting is required
Job is "work for hire" and requires an NDA. There are 3 features that are classification/categorization in nature that will not add much to the scope but not for public consumption
