Check game results app, designs and structure ready, graphics supplied

Need app for user and to create an online back-end for us to access and upload the results manually via a desktop computer. There are about 6 categories with about 95 different games in total Each game has about 7 data entry fields that will be needed as the back-end of the app for us to access in order to enter the data manually via a computer. And the results will appear on the app for user to see. It may seem like a lot due to the number of games in total but once the mechanics is set which is pretty easy and straight-forward, developer only has to repeat process and just changing the names of the game. Presentation of the structure is already done and will be shown to shortlisted applicants to further explain what we are looking for before they are committed.
