Simple Compass and SQLite driven content based Android Application

Having had an idea for a simple app i haven't seen the likes of on the Android Market, I was hoping to make a suite of simple tools based on a users date of birth and compass readings for Android. I tried programming in android myself but after nearly 2 years of hardly getting anywhere... I've finally given up and decided to hire someone else to build it for me. I am willing to send a bunch of fonts, image assets and design drawings to show how I want it to work , with cash of course, in return for source code and help to add my content to the app framework. I'm really looking for a partner to help me build this idea i have so i can finally put it on the market and see how well it does. Contact me for the diagrams. Should involve mainly: + positioning of tiles on a small grid dependent on entered data and different formulas, + dynamic creation of graphics to show more detailed data on the fly and also a few graphics to spruce up the user interface, such as based on a compass direction + an intereactive compass tool on which + saving data to local xml file + upgradable modular design to allow more tools to be added to the suite as they are developed for a fee from the user +* printing and sharing from screen +* geo tagging data onto google maps and creation of a custom interface for that that can be used by users of the app *possibly substantially more difficult and willing to develop this after main app is completed for further payment. I may opt for this to be created with placeholder graphics initially and then eithe do myself or hire a professional graphic design to create logos and backgrounds for me.
