Simple Android Web Page Displayer needed

I need an android app which displays a pre-specified website full screen. It can use the built in browser if you like, links will need to be followed, and it will need to be able to do javascript. However, the Menu and Search buttons should be disabled, and the URL of the page should never show.
Essentially it's a modified browser where I specify the starting URL, and the URL is never displayed.

It looks like it could be achieved easily with this: http://developer.android.com/reference/android/webkit/WebView.html
It would also be very useful for the app to have it's own HTML web page which is installed with the App and run when the app is opened. Please state in your bid if you can do that.
The app will need to do the following things:
upload/download files to/from a server
leave cookies and have sessions
the back button should work
