Hi - we need a simple Android app developed that a person using either a their mobile phone / cellphone or tablet running Android will be able to record a 30 sec video using the device's own camera and then present a simple form to capture their personal details (name, e-mail address, cellphone number) which will then all be e-mailed or API'd to our server using the device. Completion of the project will be defined by the app being successfully uploaded to the Google Play store. We already have an iPhone app that does the same thing which you can look at to replicate if you win the project - (it's not currently available in the Apple store but will be in 2 or 3 days time ie by April 25) PLEASE NO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPED AND LOADED APPS TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE IN THE PAST. EVIDENCE OF THIS WILL BE REQUIRED.
