Project Description: We need a software for windows 8 where the software should fulfill below functions 1 - Software will be used by 4 Users (Manager, Asst. Manager, Tea-Boy and Secretary) - All Users should be able to communicate with each other over network) 2 - For the Manager and Asst. Manager, Below function are required A - A Calendar as a first Entity - Once the calender is opened, the manager should be in position to enter whole days tasks and appointments with the time stamp. Once its time for the appointment or task, the manager should be notified by an audio signal (preferably the enter task or appointment description). Second Entity in the menu for Manager should be for Asst. Manager where he should have entries like make an appointment, cancel appointment etc.(an option of adding entries as per the need) Third Entity in the menu of Manager software should be for Tea Boy where he should have multiple entries like - WATER, TEA, COFFEE, etc (should be customizable) such that if the manager presses coffee 4 times, the Tea boy should be notified by audio signal and message to bring 4 Coffee - Similar for other items. Fourth Entity in the menu of Manager should be for Secretary where he should have entries like - ALLOW THE GUEST and DON'T Allow the Guest, PLEASE COME etc (addition of entries should be possible in the software) All Entries made by Manager should be visible to Asst. Manager and All Entries made by Asst. Manager should also be visible to Manager. Both should be in position to enter the appointment description and also get audio notification. For Tea Boy - He should be able to see all the information for what is needed by Manager and Asst. Manager and Secretary like Tea - 5 cup with Sugar, 2 cup without sugar etc. Tea should have clear notification and visualization showing him who requested the items. For Secretary, He should be able to request Tea, Coffee etc. from Tea Boy and respond to calls from Manager like please come, don't come etc If all the entries should be in Arabic language plus the English, Please feel free to contact me for any details.
