This sounds like a database which would have two tables, an employees table with their details, and then a shifts table, which would allow you to select an employee from the employee table and enter their shifts, and then output a monthly total of their hours worked. I can create these tables, alongside the queries and forms to give you a front end to use the application. alternatively, if you do not require a front end, i can do this for £45 instead.
