For the budget range you have indicated, I am offering a *proof-of-concept* firmware. The scope is a little too broad for me to offer a fixed price for the entire project - at least without knowing the requirements in more detail. Do you plan to use the ESP IDF or the Arduino framework? Can you clarify what part numbers are you using for the accelerometer / gyro / temperature sensor - and the battery level monitor? Or - even better - would you be able to send a schematic? Do you think - in the medium term - you would be able to send a prototype of the hardware by any chance? (This might save me some time trying to replicate your hardware configuration.) I think that support for embedded SIMs (eSIMs) in Ireland is still in the early stages / experimental, but as far as I can tell it is improving - so hopefully that won't be a blocker.

Hi there, I’m an Electronic Engineer and I have almost 30 years of experience in software development mainly with C and C++, but also with Java, Python, Perl, and Assembly over unix or windows mainly in backend and middleware, real time (qnx, freeRtos, etc) and some frontend experience. I have wide embedded experience: stm32, esp32, esp8266, arduino, i8051, rabbit2000, raspberry pi, motorola family, etc. In this sense I have worked extensively with freeRtos on stm32 or esp32. Moreover in this context working with serial protocols as modbus, i2c, spi, etc. Additionally I have enough experience with IoT stuff (arduino IDE, mqtt publishing on aws, thingspeak, etc).
