meteor docker

I run an artist booking agency. We got a developer to create a backend platform using Meteor / MongoDB / Docker. Frontend was developped seperately (as well as a CMS system). Our database of artists on the backend is connected to the website. Here is our website: [login to view URL] Hosting is with HETZNER on these servers: EX60 - 30TB (for the backend) + CX20 - 5TB (frontend or test server, I'm not sure) All this was completed in 2015. Since then we have had regular problems with our backend (lag and some functionalities not loading). Upgrading our ISP connection to 100 Mbps has helped a bit. Actually our backend doesn't work properly on a 8Mbps / 12Mbps connection. Here is what I require: BACKEND 1/ Identify and fix the backend issues: lag or not loading properly. 2/ Change the logo we use on our backend used on proposal and invoices generated by the backend. 3/ Fix issues with creating new user on the backend. (I need to explain in detail) FRONTEND - SITE WEB 4/ Our contact forms and shopping card for artists don't send the enquiries to our email anymore. 5/ Update our logo on website 6/ I have generated a new sitemap but do not know how to upload it to the server. 7/ Change the main homepage of the website so that it shows: [login to view URL] I don't want a redirect as it might affect SEO. —> all the work will need to be done on a testing server before being deployed to the main server. I believe we have a testing server already.
