Pine script Trading view expert needed

I need someone to write a code for me in pine script to send alerts, and build an indicator as well for the same requirement. Only bid for the project if you have worked on tradingview and pinescript and have efficiency in it. I will obviously provide the requirements and you will have to code it. Thanks
