Metatrader indicator to draw price label for existing rectangles

I need a Metatrader programmer to build a quick indicator that will detect draw a price level for the high and low of all rectangles detected on each timeframe.

When the indicator is active on the chart, it will:

- Detect all rectangles painted on the active timeframe

- Draw a price level for both the high and the low of the rectangle. See an example of what I want exactly. This example only shows 1 price label, I want both, high and low of the rectangle. The price label will be drawn exactly as you can see in this snapshot, it's done by another indicator I have. [url removed, login to view]

- Color should always be the one selected under inputs colors, WHITE by default

- When we switch to another timeframe, the indicator will do the same operation again, detect all rectangle's highs and lows and draw price labels as per the input's settings

- Label will be painted on the right side of the rectangle, when the rectangle ends, we'll draw a small line and label as you can see [url removed, login to view]

INPUT VARIABLES NEEDED FOR THIS INDICATOR:

- ACTIVE: TRUE by default. If False, no price levels will be painted

- COLOR_HIGH: white by default. This will be the color of the high price of rectangle detected

- COLOR_LOW: white by default. This will be the color of the low price of rectangle detected

- HIGH_PRICE: TRUE by default. This will paint the high price label. If false, it won't paint it

- LOW_PRICE: TRUE by default. This will paint the low price label. If false, it won't paint it
