Higher Time Frame High/lows to plot on lower time frame

The idea of this indicator is to plot the high/lows and Fibs of a different time frame (higher) on a smaller time frame. For example, show High/Low of last 3 candles of a 240 Minute on a chart that I plot this indicator on, may be 10 Minute chart. So, highs/lows of 240M chart on a 10M chart.
I need this indicator for TradingView, pine script programming language.
HTF chart can be of any time frame, custom Minutes, standard, daily, weekly or monthly.
