Then propose and apply in IES VE improvements on the BASE CASE model that guarantee a Total Annual Energy Consumption (kWh] saving of at least 20% in comparison with the BASE CASE. The proposed improvements must concern changes of the following parameters of the BASE CASE: 1. Opaque Envelope 2. Transparent Envelope 3. Internal gains - Lighting 4. Heat recovery systems 5. Heating and Cooling generation efficiencies
