My project has two phases. 1. Base paper coding using Matlab The base paper is available online --"MR Image segmentation Algorithm Based on Non Local Fuzzy C Means Clustering " Author SUI Yuan , WEI Ying( 978-1-4799-7016-2/15$[login to view URL] right 2015 IEEE 2. After the base paper coding the programmer has to suggest the propose unique coding technique and after my approval he has to develop a menu driven code. 3.
