The project has as a theme the development of the group fuzzy utastar code. It is basically about developing the already existing utastar code (which I already have if you need it) to accept as inputs estimates of many users and even in the form of fuzzy numbers. As far as fuzzy numbers are concerned, I can also send you the fuzzy utastar paper that includes almost the entire fuzzy utastar handling process.
So far, I have already started my work, and I have configured the inputs appropriately, so what is left is to model the matrix row operations, that is to modify the final matrix that will be used as input to the linear programming solver that will solve the linear problem . Finally, with solver solutions the final stage will take place, which is the uncertainty estimates which so far and for the needs of linear problem are not used as fuzzy numbers but as a triplet of normal numbers.
I would like to have the work done until 5 August and for aprox $20-30USD.
I attach here the matlab files (daf_read data and defuzzification_R are complete) and the 2 excel files with the data although they are read and stored in corresponding tables in the read_data. The par_utilities file is the one which is most likely to be wrongly written but the logic is correct.
