Looking for a virtual assistant

Looking for a Virtual Assistant -- $2/hr (4 hours a day, M-W-F, 12midnight-3am New York Time) -must have strong marketing and business development skills -fluent in English -must be creative -must know how to use mailchimp, hoovers and zoominfo -experience in using databases -strong microsoft office skills -detailed oriented and organized -independent Responsibilities: -post advertisements about our online school in free classified ads (log in the posting date and expiration date so you can repost once it expires. We have a spreadsheet of the top 100 classified ads website and some sites in Japan, but I would need you to add more for other countries and add it in the same spreadsheet) -log in the website as an admin to check if tutors' profiles are complete and make sure that they constantly have their schedules open -post quizzes/questions in our Q&A hub to engage students -chat in our group chat room to engage students -log in our facebook page and facebook group to post quizzes and ads -search for new students (it can be through google searches, going into language exchange websites and scraping off potential students' emails, craigslist, upwork etc) -interview potential online tutors -logging in our zopim account to respond to customer chats (we don't get a lot) -logging in our skype account to respond to chats (we don't get a lot either) -respond to email inquiries (we don't get a lot either) This a long term project. The website has only been launched in January. We have more than 2000 registered users and 74 tutors. I need somebody to really help me boost the marketing and business development of the website. You will be part of our team consist of website developers, an SEO guy and a content writer.
