We are looking for a reliable partner who can undertake a UK process in market research, lead building and then eventually sales and telemarketing. The service we provide is internet solutions, such as web site design, development and online shopping solutions and generally Internet Business Consultancy. So, we're not really selling a consumable product, but rather a business solution which can be also directed to consumers to encourage starting up an internet business (online shop).
We are a very small company based in London (of course, this information is not to be known to the customers), but are looking to expand.
You must be able to achieve the following:
1. Build Leads by conducting telephone research (b2b and b2c) or
2. Do direct telemarketing, sales related work to both b2b and b2c.
3. Provide intelligent, sophisticated reports on all calls made with contact names and addresses.
Please note, that we will probably require this on a part time basis to begin with.
This project should last a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, after which we can analyse our approach and to see if this is a successful process.
